Professional Development Overview

Our professional development program integrates four key components to enhance leadership growth on campus. This integrated approach allows participants to benefit from diverse learning formats, with Leadership Development Discovery members also receiving coaching and engaging with the book series. Regular evaluations and feedback ensure the program remains effective and relevant, while the book series promotes ongoing learning outside structured sessions.
