Discover Your Artistic Potential with a Minor That Inspires Creativity

If you’re passionate about making art or want to better understand and appreciate visual culture, the Art Minor offers a flexible and rewarding option. Designed for non-art majors, this program lets you shape your coursework to match your interests, with guidance from the Art Department Chair or other faculty members.

To complete the minor, you’ll need to earn 18 credits in ART courses, including at least two upper-level courses (6 credits) at the 200-300 level.
