This information is for NEW incoming students ONLY (resident and commuters)
If you are a returning student who already has an ID card, this does not apply to you. You continue using the same ID card from the previous semester.

ID Cards will NOT be mailed to you
How will you receive your ID card?
If you SUCCESSFULLY uploaded a photo, and you are a resident living on campus, you will receive the card when you move in.
If you SUCCESSFULLY uploaded a photo, and you are a commuter:
If you successfully submitted a photo over winter break, please stop by the Campus Card Office in Wilson Hall to pick up your ID card.
If you DO NOT upload a picture before the deadline:
- No Photo = No Dorm Keys
- You will not be able to eat at the Dining Commons
- You will not be able access the Wellness Center
- You will not be able to print in the computer labs
- You will have to have an in-person photo taken. No exceptions.
