Teacher Resources

kahoot.it is a cool iterative website/app teachers can use to create quizzes and project them on the board while students individually answer on their computers/ tablets.
I played this game in middle and high school and loved it! I will be using it in my classroom!

classdojo.com is a great way to keep parents connected to what is happening in the classroom, by posting live photos and videos for them to see.
This is so helpful especially in younger grades for parents to feel like they are involved enough with the youngster and their education!

songsforteaching.com is a very helpful website containing songs and music to help teach students categorized by grade level or topic. The music can be fun and is proven to help memory.

teacherstarter.com/us is a great website for teachers because it provides units and lesson plans, creates resources and materials, use simple apps, and creates a community for teachers to talk and share ideas.
The community part is so helpful for new teachers so get ideas and help from others who have been doing it longer!

edhelper.com is a good website that provides worksheets, homework books, and lots of print out activities separated by grade and subject.

gonoodle.com is a great website to get your students active! There are great songs and videos to dance to, getting students out of their seats to enhance their focus in the classroom.

education.com also has awesome resources for teachers, as well as for parents. It has lesson plans, help generate worksheets, and focuses on common core requirements based on grade level.
