classdojo.com is a wonderful website for communication between parents and teachers! It allows parents to feel like they are in the classroom through the teacher uploading real-time pictures, videos, and performance during the day.
I will be using this app so you can feel like you are in the class with us!

education.com is an awesome website to "boost your child's learning", as advertised on the home page! This if full of lesson plans, online games, and printable worksheets, you can pick from categories based on grade level.

healthy-kids.com.au is a great website in teaching kids and parents about healthy meals and lifestyles and how to incorporate it into daily life! It includes healthy recipes, lunch box ideas, the importance of hydration, and building a healthy relationship with food.

understood.org/en is a very helpful website for parents and children who are struggling with certain subjects! The website personalizes resources based on grade level and what your child is struggling with.

Following this link to scholastic.com is a great website for guiding parents to prepare their children for 1st grade.
It may help to calm your nerves if you feel more prepared when sending your children!


stopbullying.gov might be the most important website on this list of resources due to the importance of understanding and stopping any bullies. Bullying is prohibited in my classroom because no child deserves to be bullied. This website provides information for parents on how to identify and safely pursue standing up to bullies. Parents and children should discuss how friends and classmates at school are treating them.
