This website is great for learning
about the environments and animals of different countries
and continents. We will use this website for part of our
ecosystems unit. Please feel free to explore the website
and play some games!

This website is great for practicing
math. All the games without stars are free. When selecting
a game, make sure you pick grade 5 and select whichever
skill you need practice on. In class we might get to play
the games if we have free time!

irregular past tense verbs. The game is free to play and
it can be multiplayer. In class if we have free time we
will play this game together!

Search Engine

This is a link to a free kid-friendly
search engine. Students are able to use this for research,
without not kid-friendly websites popping up. We will use
this search engine when we do online research in class.

This is a link to Fun Brain games.
These games are fun free educational games. We won't use
this website in class often, but it has fun games for
students to play at home.

Learn
to Recycle
|
This is a link to a game made by the
EPA to teach kids to recycle. The game allows students to
try different plans on how to recycle and they can see the
outcome in their town.

This is a link to a website that
allows students to practice language arts, math, and their
fifth grade skills through games. We won't use this in
class too much, but it is a great resource for practice
outside of the classroom!
