These sites have all kinds of great resources for teachers who are just starting or have been teaching for years! Some resources require a paid subscription, but many are free!

Paid Subscriptions


Ed Helper has all different types of resources. You must create an account which charges a monthly fee, but the amount of resources you receive for the price is great! Some resources include lessons, printables, worksheets, "take it home" books, and so much more! There are resources for every subject as well. This site has two payment plans. A basic subscription (access to most resources) is $19.99 a year. The everything subscription is $39.98 a year.

K-5 Math has resources for different math topics for grades K through 5. There are some components of the site they require purchasing, but there are also some things that are free. The site offers lessons and activities for different math topics. The components that require purchasing must be purchased separately. This option allows a teacher to purchase the components they will use, rather than paying a fee and not using all aspects of the site.

This website has so many different resources for teachers. There are guided lessons, learning resources, and teaching tools. Some resources require a monthly paid subscription to access, but many of them are free! This is well worth the money because the resources can be very helpful in the classroom. The subscription varies based on the payment plan. The monthly payment plan is $12.99 a month. The annual payment plan is $9.99 a month and it is billed annually. There is also a lifetime plan of $298.


Free Resources


Scholastic has almost every resources a teacher could need! There are lesson and unit plans, teaching guides, vocabulary lists, books, teaching tools, and so much more!

PowToon is a great resource to engage your student in a lesson. PowToon allows you to create your own animation by writing a script and and choosing characters. This can be used for all kinds of lessons. This can catch the students attention and be a fun lesson for them. The basic features of this site are free, but there is an option to upgrade and pay a fee. The free option of this site provides enough features to create a basic video that is still great!

Share My Lesson is a site that allows teachers to upload lessons they have used to share with other teachers. This site is free to use and to upload lessons. There are lessons for all kinds of subjects and grade levels. This is a great resources because it is created for teachers with input by teachers!

Crayola is not only for students. There are lesson plans, creative activities, and professional resources. The lesson plans all include a project that will teacher students about the given topic.
