Mr. Carter Hello ladies & gents! My name is Cameron Carter, and I will be teaching your third grade class! I graduated from Westfield State University in the year 2022, majoring in elementary education with a minor in psychology. I am originally from Pembroke, Massachusetts which is about 40 minutes south of Boston. I grew up in a pretty wild family with 3 older siblings. I also have two dogs, one being a yellow lab who's name is Abby, and the other being a pit bull who's name is Hanna. I am also a huge Boston sports fan including the Celtics, Patriots, Bruins, and Red Sox. I look forward to meeting all of the students and parents and showing you all how important technology can be in the classroom as well as creating relationships with each and every one of you. |
Ms. Griffin Hello everyone! My name is Melissa Griffin, but you guys will know me in the classroom as Ms. Griffin. I attended Westfield State University from 2018-2022 and I somehow managed to obtain a degree in elementary education, with a minor in English. I grew up on Cape Cod, Massachusetts in a little town named Bourne, obviously indicating that I LOVE the beach. I am hoping that utilizing technology in our classroom this year will help students feel more enthusiastic towards learning as well as allow us to use less paper in the classroom. It also gives students who may be struggling during class time to have a better look at the material we are working on while they are at home, where there is no pressure from peers. I am looking forward to working with students and parents alike this upcoming school year. |
