Meet
Crush, our totally rad class pet. Crush is a Red Ear
Slider Turtle. Crush came to us when he was two and has
happily been a part of our classroom for the last 3
years. Crush loves to swim around and take naps. Each
Weekend a student will have a chance to sign up to take
Crush home for two days and take care of him. Before a
student can sign up to take Crush home they need to take
home a permission slip earlier in the week and get their
parent/guardians permission. Crush loves to eat insects,
turtle pellets and of course his leafy greens. Crush is
very friendly and very easy to take care of, here's
a link of some basic things Crush needs/likes. We
will also provide instructions along with all the other
supplies needed to keep Crush happy over the weekend!
