WEGE Prize 2024: Working Together to Build Circular Economies

Wege Prize is an annual competition that ignites game-changing solutions for the future by inspiring college/university students around the world to collaborate across institutional, disciplinary, and cultural boundaries to redesign the way economies work. Participants contend for $65,000 (USD) in total cash prizes, all while learning—and helping to show the world—what the future of problem solving looks like.

With support from our campus community, the Research, Innovation, Design & Entrepreneurial (RIDE) Center hopes to create a team of Westfield State University students who are passionate about innovation and solutions for a sustainable circular economy.

With a transdisciplinary approach, we are now searching for students from all departments to represent our school and compete for the 2025 Global WEGE Prize!
