The University hosted its traditional Pancakes with the President event on Nov. 13 in the Dining Commons, where President Ramon Torrecilha and WSU administrators, staff, and student ambassadors served breakfast to students.
More than 300 students were treated to an evening meal of pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, and a choice of toppings of maple syrup, chocolate chips, whipped topping, blueberries, and strawberries. A total of 450 stacks of pancakes and 50 pounds of bacon were handed out.
Attendees also enjoyed the entertainment of DJ Boogy, a Westfield State alumnus.
