Erin Leeper has been hired by the University as the Equal Opportunity and Compliance Programs Investigator, with a start date of May 6.
An experienced investigator and trainer, Ms. Leeper has seven years of experience in Title IX, student misconduct, and other unlawful discrimination and sexual violence complaints. She has held the titles of student conduct advisor, assistant director in the Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution, and is currently a graduate assistant in the Office of Equity and Compliance at the University at Albany (SUNY System) as a part-time investigator.
Ms. Leeper is completing a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Policy and Leadership at UAlbany. She earned an M.Ed. from Springfield College and her B.A. in communication from Worcester State.
