Phi Kappa Phi recognizes and promotes academic excellence in all fields of higher education while engaging the community of scholars in service to others.

The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi is the nation’s oldest and most selective all-discipline Honor Society. Membership is by invitation only to the top 7.5 percent of second-semester juniors and the top 10 percent of seniors and graduate students.
Westfield State University established a Phi Kappa Phi chapter on campus in 1992.
