Owls senior defensemen Lenny Caglianone and Wyatt Trumbley have both signed a contract to play professional ice hockey with the Evansville Thunderbolts of the Southern Professional Hockey League.
The Owls’ captain, Caglianone recorded four goals and 14 assists while
Trumbley tallied two goals and eight assists this season, as the Owls earned the #2 seed in the conference and finished with a 14-9-3 record.
Both players signed their contract offers and have appeared in two games for the Thunderbolts as of March 18.
