The Ferst Interfaith Center will host a Service of Remembrance on Wednesday, Oct. 31 at 6 p.m. for the victims of Pittsburgh’s Tree of Life Synagogue shooting.
In solidarity with Congregation Ahavas Achim of Westfield, the Jewish community on campus, the Jewish Student Organization, the Squirrel Hill Jewish neighborhood, and Jewish people worldwide, the gathering will be a time to remember our brothers and sisters who were killed and injured during Shabbat Services on Oct. 27, and to pray for compassion, peace, and unity among all people.
