“For The People’s Good,” a play written by Assistant Professor of English Eric Parness, was streamed to YouTube in January. Created from English Prof. Catherine Savini’s summer 2020 writing group, a live performance of the play, presented by Resonance Ensemble, was offered for free on the popular video platform.
Directed by Valentina Fratti and narrated by WSU alumna Rachel Cofsky ’17, the play featured Duane Boutte, Christian Conn, Mia Hutchison-Shaw, Mahira Kakkar, Elisha Lawson, and Portland Thomas. All the actors mentioned appeared courtesy of the Actors’ Equity Association.
