Student members of the University’s nursing program recently created greeting cards for residents at a local long-term care facility.
A student that works at the facility explained that the residents were lonely due to visitor restrictions necessitated by the pandemic. The University’s Nursing Club organized the project and brought smiles and a sense of connection to the facility’s residents.
