Thanks to the generosity of faculty, staff, students, parents, friends, and supporters, Westfield State raised $79,369 in its most successful Give A Hoot Day of Giving in University history.
After raising approximately $44,000 in 2020, this year’s goal of $55,000 was surpassed by noon April 6. During the 24-hour fundraising period, 317 donors made contributions.
A philanthropic tradition at Westfield State, Give a Hoot raises money for the University’s students, creating opportunities and facilitating their success.
