Fall CURCA celebration

Austin Buckner '19 presents his project "The Effects of Tattoo Ink on Macrophage Surivival and Function during Dermal Wound Healing," at the CURCA celebration.

The University celebrated the Center for Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity (CURCA) on Friday, Dec. 6, in the Ely Campus Center.

At the event, more than 170 posters were presented, involving over 300 students and 30 faculty mentors representing all three undergraduate colleges. In addition, there were 10 orals speakers from SSuRF (Summer research program), graphic art student work, poetry readings, a Wall of Words, and a musical performance.

Congratulations to all students, faculty and staff involved in another successful event.
