Jessie’s Messy Mind, a solo performance piece about one individual’s personal experiences with bipolar and schizophrenia, will be presented Tuesday, Nov. 5, 5-7 p.m. in the Dower Center’s performance space.
Using original acoustic music, Jessie provides a look at the world through the lens of a schizophrenic hallucination, a manic episode and a delusional state.
She shares her discovery of how to live, work and thrive while experiencing these alternate views of reality through a lively, humorous, and surprising show, coordinated by the University’s Psychology Club and Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology.
