Venus is one of the planets that has a tilt (inclination of the axis of rotation to the orbital motion) near zero or 180 degrees,
so that it’s axis of rotation is perpendicular to its orbit. This is one of the planets that has no seasons, due to its perpendicular orbit.
If a planet does not tilt, it does not have seasons.
