Welcome to Poland!

Boze Narodzenie

St. Claus or St. Nicholas Day is celebrated on the December 6th. This is a day when Swiety Mikolaj, the Polish Santa, visits all kids. Swiety Mikolaj visits the children during the day and the night. There is one gift that almost all children in Poland receive from Santa: a birch. The birch is a warning to all children that they need to be good or they will only receive a larger birch next Christmas.
