Theoretical Perspective | This lesson gives students a more worldly view. It also educates them on animals they might not see everyday. |
Procedure | - Lesson starts with a teacher lecture introducing Africa and showing where it is on a map.
- Students independently follow through a webquest (with form included on the site) to learn about African Safari animals.
- Upon compleation of the webquest, students will split into groups based on favorite Safari animal.
- Each group will make a poster for the animal of their choice, including pictures and fun facts.
- Groups will present their animal to the rest of the class.

- completion of the webquest form
- completion of group project
