That is correct!  This is a Eoraptor!  The name means "dawn plunderer".  It is a very small dinosaur only being 3 feet long.  But it is a carnivore, meaning it eats meat.  It is one of the earliest dinosaurs that have been found.  The fossils that have been found of the eoraptor have been almost the full skeleton.
