Buddy's After school Programs!

Buddy's school day ends at 3:30. After school Buddy goes to his afterschool programs and does all of his favorite activities with his friends.
Today Buddy is going to paint picutres for his friends and family members.
Buddy needs to set up and gather all of the supplies needed before he starts painting.

Buddy's after school teacher tells Buddy, "You need to first put news paper down on the table so we can limit the mess made and time spent cleaning up when we are done painting. Then go get bowls and fill them with water and  spread them out on the table covered in newspaper. Get paper plates so that we can all share the paint we are using. Then go get a bunch of paint brushes and all of the paints in the large bin.
Buddy's eagerness to start painting his pictures and his nearby friends talking distracted him from listening to everything his afterschool teacher told him to do.  Now Buddy may need help to figure out what he and his friends should do and what materials to get in what order...

Can you help Buddy figure out when he should get the paint brushes and paint?

He should get the paint brushes and paint first! After all they are the materials Buddy and his friends need most in order to paint pictures. He should get the paint brushes and paint after he gets the news paper. Then Buddy and his friends can begin paniting and not worry about getting paint on the table.        Buddy and his friends should get the paint brushes and paint last. The afterschool teacher asked Buddy to first set up, by putting newspaper down on the table, gettin bowls/water and plates, all before getting the brushes and paint.
