Ms.Gomez is a
paraprofessional in our classroom. She graduated from Spring
Field College in 2023 with a degree in Early Childhood. Her
goal is to eventually become a preschool teacher but as of
right now she is gaining experience in Ms.Karissa classroom.
Ms.Gomez helps the students when they are struggling
individually and answers any questions they may have. She
also works with students during small group activities and
manages what is being taught during that time. Ms.Gomez
enjoys taking her dogs on a walk, going to her son's soccer
games and cooking Spanish food.

Ms.Karissa is the main
teacher in the classroom. She graduated from Westfield State
University in 2021 with a degree in Elementary Education and
Mathematics. She also got her master at Westfield State
University in Special Education and graduated in 2024.
Ms.Karissa comes up with all the lesson plans to teach the
students and monitors all the students progress. She also
comes up with creative and interesting ways to teach her

When Ms.Karissa has free time she loves to go on hikes,
travel, spend lots of time with her family and take her
daughters to dance class.

Mr.Williams is a
paraprofessional in our classroom and also in the resource
room. He mostly works with the students that have learning
disability and need extra support in the general education
classroom. He also takes students from Ms.Karissa classroom
and bring them to the resource room to get extra help during
the school day. Mr.Williams went to Bridgewater State
University and graduated in 2021 with a degree in
Psychology. He is now going to school part-time at Westfield
State University to get his master in Special Education.
Mr.Williams enjoys playing baseball and volunteering at the
animal shelter.
