Welcome to room 314! My name is Alison Slezek and I graduated from Westfield State University
this past year. I have my Bachelors in Elementary Education. I am currently in school
working on my Masters degree. I want to take this time to get to know my students. I'm asking
parents/guardians to fill out the attached sheet. It involves information about your
children and learning learning habits and needs. This will allow us to get to know one

My name is Ms. Slezek and I was born and raised in Western Massachusetts. I have one younger
sister who lives in Scarborough Maine with my mother and my father. I graduated Hampshire Regional High
School in 2011. I enjoy both summer and winter for two different reasons. I like to spend most of my winters at my parents
cabin in Monson Maine, snowmobling. I also thoroughly enjoy spending my summers in Scarborough Maine, where my parents own a convenient store.
I live with my bulldog, Tank. We like to spend our time going on hikes and
swimming in the Norwich lake, up in Huntington. Tank enjoys watching the birds and attempting
to catch the fish he sees.
My favorite subject in school is science and I continue to enjoy it as each year goes by.
