This site is for students to be able to look up words in the Merriam-Webster dictionary for the definitions. This site can also be used as a thesaurus. A thesaurus finds words that has the same to close definition to the same word that a student is searching for.

This site broadcasts news from all over the world to students interest. It goes over local news, national news, and worldwide news. The topics of this site are from technology to war and violence to disasters. This site is great to keep up to date about news that is going around someone. This site is also great for our monthly student news discussions.

This site is great for students to use to learn while playing games. This site has games on math, reading, writing, science and history that keep students engaged and having fun. This site also have videos about upcoming events that can have school systems involved. This site can also be downloaded on a tablet or ipad to be an app therefore students can play on this education site anywhere.

This site is a great fun way to have children learn different subjects in a quiz form. The student can choose the level in which they are to play the game. The main quiz form is of vocabulary. With each correct answer the site donates grains of rice to people in need. There are also math, science, geography, languages, chemistry, language arts, and even SAT prep.

This website has activities, games, experiments, projects, facts, and quizzes that are on topic of science. The topics can range from animals to weather to chemistry. This site is also great for parents to help students with the activities, projects and experiments together.

This math website has a variety of math subjects from categorizing math topics into grade subjects as well as math subject topics. The site contains lessons to help with confusion, quizzes, games and worksheets that can be printed out and done anywhere. This site is great for practicing the basics to help form concepts for future lessons.

This webiste is of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum located in Washington D.C. The site gives special event dates going on at the museum. This site also has background information about the Holocaust as well as video clips and newspaper clippings from the past and present about the Holocasut. The site also remembers the survivors and their stories.
