Parent Resources
This is a list of  some resources I believe will help parents with their children's education not only out of the classroom, but hopefully in school as well!

	PBS parents allows parents to incorporate their children's favorite show and characters in learning right at home. It is filled with worksheets and educational outdoor activities and experiments you can do right at home.
	Family Fun is a great website with many awesome ideas for parents! They have different suggestions for each month with easy crafts, games, and much more. There are also printouts for your children to color and decoration ideas for the upcoming holidays and events.
	Scholastic for Parents is a great website that has information in all areas including books and and great reading tips, activities, and family life. It will also teach you how to talk to your child about both their good grades as well as the not so good grades.
	PHP stands for Parents Helping Parents and it is a great website where parents can turn to when they need guidance, support, and services referring to children with special needs.  They have a huge variety of  answers, suggestions, concerns, therapy, and much more.
	Parents Magazine is a great site that has articles about how to teach your children at home about school subjects and other useful skills that they can use for school. There are links to how to find a tutor if your child is struggling in a subject and it also gives great help and information helping your children develop to the best of their ability. It is also filled with crafts and activities that any parent and child can do together.
	Funbrain is a fun website for both the parents and children.  It has activities for the parents to play with their children to help in schooling with things like math games and other games and activities that are educational.
	iVillage is another website where you can find just about anything. They have everything from helping you find that perfect baby name to homework help for your child to a nice easy dinner for those busy nights.
