Meet the Teachers

 

Miss Cordeiro

My name is Miss Cordeiro. I have been teaching second grade at Sahara Elementary for three years. Prior to teaching, I attended Westfield State University and received a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Liberal Studied. I later obtained a Master's Degree from WSU. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I very much enjoy teaching students new things and learning from them as well. I hope to help every student succeed this year and reach their full potential. I am looking forward to a great year!

Miss Roux

My name is Miss Roux. I am one of the four second grade teachers here at Sahara Elementary.  I graduated with my Bachelors Degree from Westfield State University and am currently working on my Master's Degree.  I have always loved working with children and am very excited to be able to have the opportunity to work with yours throughout this academic year. I enjoy being outdoors and staying active.  I hope to be able to make this academic year as enjoyable as I can for your children as they advance in their academic careers!

Miss Arment

My name is Miss Arment. This is my second year as on of the second grade teachers here at Sahara Elementary. I graduated from Westfield State University and am currently going back to WSU for my masters. I can't wait to get to know you this year. I hope to have a great and fun year.

Miss Nickerson

My name is Miss Nickerson and I have been teaching second grade here at Sahara Elementary for three years. I graduated from Westfield State University and am currently working towards getting my masters degree. Working with children is something that I have always loved and I'm excited to have the opportunity to work with your children and to have a fun and successful year!
