Yoga
Choose a pose or two and do them quietly while focusing on breathing
For example tree pose, downward dog, or warrior pose

Deep breathing
close your eyes and breath ten times in and out.

Visualization
Imagine a place you enjoy and go to it in your head. feel yourself actively in this setting. For example the sun hot on your face.

Read a book and do the movements the characters are doing.
