Our class pet, Thumper, is a very friendly bunny! Thumper will be teaching the students about responsibility and increase their awareness of the needs and feelings of others. Each day, a new student will be in charge of feeding Thumper some food pellets as well as making sure Thumper has enough water in his cage. Thumper loves carrots, so students are free to give him a couple to snack on in between lessons! Students may take Thumper out of his cage to play during recess and breaks as long as they ask for permission beforehand. On weekends, students may take turns taking Thumper home to take care of him as long as their parent or guardian give their approval. Thumper looks forward to meeting all of you!
